4. User Responsibilities

5. Employers

Employers agree that:

  • All job listings must be genuine and lawful.
  • Job descriptions must be accurate and not misleading.
  • They will not request illegal fees or sensitive personal data from candidates.
  • They are solely responsible for their recruitment decisions.

JobsinSoutheast.NG does not guarantee the quality, performance, or suitability of any candidate.

6. Job Seekers

Job seekers understand that:

  • Applying for a job does not guarantee employment.
  • Employers are solely responsible for hiring decisions.
  • They must not submit false qualifications or experience.
  • They are responsible for the accuracy of their CV and profile.

JobsinSoutheast.NG does not guarantee job placement.

7. Platform Role & Disclaimer

JobsinSoutheast.NG is a facilitator, not an employer, recruiter, or agent.

We do not:

  • Participate in interviews.
  • Influence hiring decisions.
  • Verify every employer or candidate.

All interactions and agreements are strictly between employers and job seekers.

8. Fees and Payments

Some services may be offered for free, while others may require payment (such as premium job listings or employer plans).

All payments:

  • Are clearly displayed before purchase.
  • Are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
  • May change at our discretion with notice.

9. Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of the content they upload (CVs, company profiles, job posts).

By using the Platform, you grant JobsinSoutheast.NG a non-exclusive right to display, process, and distribute your content solely for platform operations.
